At Germano’s, the only thing that rivals our passion for fine food, is our passion for fine wine. We believe no dining experience is complete without the right wine. That is why we provide our patrons an extensive list of offerings, by the glass and by the bottle. Our trained staff is always eager to provide guests with a recommendation from the cellar. |

We choose wines for our list based on how well they compliment our diverse cuisine. We focus primarily on Italian and Californian wines; but, we also include certain wines from important wine producing countries such as France, Spain, Chile, and Australia. We select some wines from the list to offer by the glass, and we frequently feature 1 or 2 new wines every month. We do not publish our list here because it is constantly changing; but below is a listing of the major categories to showcase our wine program’s focus:

Brunello Di Montalcino - Good representation back to 1990 6. Rosso Di Montalcino 7. Super Tuscan - unclassified Tuscan wines, predominantly base on San Giovese or classical varietals 8. Barolo 9.
