We choose wines for our list based on how well they compliment our diverse cuisine. We focus primarily on Italian and Californian wines; but, we also include certain wines from important wine producing countries such as France, Spain, Chile, and Australia. We select some wines from the list to offer by the glass, and we frequently feature 1 or 2 new wines every month.
