| Our tira mi su is made with high quality French lady fingers that are soaked in fresh pressed espresso and Kahlua. They are layered with pastry cream and topped with cocoa powder and shaved unsweetened Belgian chocolate. We use only the finest ingredients in our tira mi su, but it’s the care and attention to detail in our preparation that allow this dessert to stand out. Many new world recipes for tira mi su call for mascarpone cheese. We follow a more old world approach. Our tira mi su is rich, yet balanced, without being overpowering, and it does not contain mascarpone. Save room for one on your next visit or take one home with you.
