Pomodoro – Our classic tomato sauce is made with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, carrots, onions, mushrooms, pepper, chicken base, beef base, red wine, crushed tomatoes & pureed tomatoes. · For general tomato sauce recipes · Pasta & pizza · Meat & poultry
Arrabbiata – This is our spiciest of tomato sauces, but it only registers a mild on the hot meter. It’s made with extra virgin olive oil, diced onions, salt, pepper, crushed red peppers, garlic, red wine, basil & oregano. · For pasta · Meat & poultry · Seafood
Basilico - This favorite tomato sauce is made with extra virgin olive oil, diced onions, chopped fresh basil, salt, pepper, garlic, white wine, & crushed tomatoes. · Pasta & pizza · Meat & Poultry
Marinara – We put our own twist on this traditional tomato sauce with extra virgin olive oil, onions, mushrooms, red wine, salt, pepper, garlic, crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano & thyme. · Pasta & pizza · Meat & poultry · Seafood · Fried cheese sticks · Add a little heavy cream and shredded cheese to make our delicious pasta parmigiana
