We’re very serious about serving great wine. And when it came to choosing a house wine, we wanted to be able to craft something special ourselves, that matched our vera cucina Italiana. In the Summer of 2001, we proudly introduced ‘Fannin’, a Super-Tuscan blend produced in the tradition of the classic Italian winemakers. ‘Fannin’ combined intense fruit of the classical Sangiovese with just the right amount of body and structure that only the regal Cabernet can provide. The result was a wine of tremendous flavor and balance, that paired exceptionally well with a wide variety of foods from hearty pasta and red sauce dishes to grilled Tuscan steaks. ‘Fannin’ was a tremendous success, but unfortunately we have sold out of our inaugural vintage. But, we’re sure this won’t be our last foray into great wine making. Stay tuned……..
