Sauces that are made ahead of time

Piccata - Chicken stock, garlic, shallots, lemon juice, white wine, roux (made with flour & margarine)

Pomodoro - Our tomato sauce is made with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, carrots, onions, mushrooms, pepper, chicken base, beef base, red wine, crushed tomatoes & pureed tomatoes

For general tomato sauce recipes, pastas, meat & poultry

Zingara - Shiitake, domestic mushrooms, shallots, diced onions, garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf, red wine, demiglace, pomodoro sauce & and finely cut prosciutto
