If you would like to call us to order your certificates, we’ll go ahead and send them out to you; or, we’ll forward them on to their intended destination. Germano’s gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Remaining balances off gift certificate purchases are redeemed in the form of a new gift certificate. Germano’s gift certificates expire one year after the date of issue.
